One person reads every message. Expect a reply within a couple of days.
What is useful to include
- A broken download or page. The URL, and what you expected to happen.
- A word that should not be in a puzzle. The word, and the sheet or pack it appeared on — the engine has a blocklist, but it is never complete.
- A word list you need. Grade level, subject, or the exact words. Lists that appeal to more than one teacher get built first.
- Printing trouble. Paper size, printer, and whether the grid was cut off or the answer key landed on a second sheet.
What is not offered
Custom paid work, guest posts and link insertions. The site does not run sponsored content, so there is nothing to negotiate.
